This is a full-time position in the Interior Spaces Division for a friendly, energetic, goal-oriented salesperson with a strong focus on cabinetry. The position will lead our cabinet sales efforts, selling and designing cabinet projects for retail customers, using 20/20 and AutoCAD to create layouts. The position will also assist customers with color and material coordination and in the selection of other products such as countertops, backsplashes, flooring and accent hardware for remodel and new construction projects. Qualified candidates will have a related 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design and sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook is required as well as experience with 20/20 software; excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and effectively manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Additional qualifications include an upbeat attitude and team mentality; the ability to regularly lift/move up to 30 lbs.; stand for extended periods of time and move about the showroom; and the ability to handle fast paced sales activity. The position will work a schedule that includes days, evenings and Saturdays.
