Immediate full-time opening for an IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities include telephone/desk side support for 80+ internal customers running Windows PCs in a Windows Server environment, including hardware, software technologies & telecommunications duties for desktop, laptop & peripheral support, diagnose/resolve hardware & software related issues, new account testing & set up, documentation, software install & training and project work. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and the ability to meet deadlines. 2+ years experience is required.
Lead Technician – L&G Service Shop
Seeking an experienced candidate for this full-time position, available immediately. Position acts as a resource to other mechanics in trouble shooting and repair of equipment; performs repairs on L&G equip., incl. 2-cycle equip.; performs service on tractors, mowers, compacts, generators and similar equip.; service and repairs on trucks and trailers as needed. Qualified candidates should have 10 years of experience, preferably with John Deere; must have strong compact and diesel repair skills; be able to lift and bend with weights up to 25 lbs. on a reg. basis and up to 100 lbs. occasionally and provide own tools. Basic computer proficiency is desired. Normal hrs M-F 7am to 3:30pm, longer in busy springtime season with at least 2 Saturday shifts req.
